ASMI Quartz surfaces warrant that the material will be free from any defects for intended residential use for a period of 10 years for the original purchaser as long as the original purchaser owns the private, single-family residence in which the quartz is permanently installed. The option to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of ASMI Quartz Surfaces. No representative, dealer, salesperson, distributor, fabricator, or other persons are authorized to make any warranty

assurances on behalf of ASMI concerning quartz products. If in any case, ASMI Quartz Surfaces determines material failure due to a manufacturing defect, ASMI will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the materials. ASMI will strive to bring about the best possible resolution. The decision to repair or replace is at ASMI’s sole discretion and an exact color match is not guaranteed.
